Terms and Conditions

  1. Each order is limited to purchase one of each items.
  2. Expected delivery date for Stainless Steel Straw Tumbler: Early August 2024. Delivery Dates for other items: 3 working days after order confirmed.
  3. Pick Up Method:
    • Delivery
      • Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China orders will be delivered via S.F. Express. 
      • Overseas orders will be delivered via UPS
      • Deliver fee will be charged for each order and already be counted in each order. There may be additional taxes due to customs policies in different regions, which must be borne by the buyer.
    1. Please make sure providing accurate contact information while making order, we will not be responsible if we fail to contact you.
    2. Product photos and specifications are for reference only.
    3. Credit Card (Visa, Master) are acceptable.
    4. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address once the order is confirmed, please check junk mail box as well in case no confirmation email received.
    5. No refund and return.
    6. It is not promised that order can be complete before show day, please choose Pick Up if needed. 
    7. In case of any disputes, The Show Must Go On reserves the right of final decision.
