• For ages 6 or above, children aged 6-12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Ballot Registration for Priority Booking

• All applicants are required to register as "HK Ticketing members" for Ballot Registration. 
• Login to "My Account" and Subscribe the "HIKARU UTADA SCIENCE FICTION TOUR HONG KONG 2024 ("Event") Ballot Registration for Priority Booking" under "Waitlist" within the registration period. 
• All successful registrations will receive a subscription email, and able to view the record via "Waitlist".

(Remarks: "Waitlist" Festure will only be displayed during the Ballot Registration period.)

Terms and Conditions for Ballot Registration

• Each Email Address can only be registered one HK Ticketing account for registration in once, each Mobile Phone Number can only be registered once The Event Organiser and HK Ticketing reserve the right to disqualify all the duplicated registrations in terms of HK Ticketing account / Mobile Phone Number without any prior notice. 
• All registrations made during the registration period have an equal chance of being selected. There is no need to rush to register. 
• Once registration period is ended, any changes request will not be accepted and changes under HK Ticketing account will not be applicable to the ballot. The draw will be subjected to HK Ticketing's records. 

Announcement of Ballot Result for Priority Booking

• Successful notification will be announced from 4pm on 25 Apr 2024 (Thu). "Direct weblink" and "Purchase Password" for priority booking will be distributed via the Registration Email and Mobile Phone Number separately, please ensure that the provided information is accurate. 
• Each "Purchase Password" is limited to purchase a maximum of 2 tickets for "HIKARU UTADA SCIENCE FICTION TOUR HONG KONG 2024". Customer is allowed to purchase a maximum of 2 tickets for a single performance or purchase 1 ticket for each of the 2 performances.
• Assigned with "Purchase Password" does not guarantee successful ticket purchase. If anyone fails to purchase tickets within the designated period will be regarded as having forfeited their right of ticket purchase. 
• Please protect the assigned "Purchase Password", the Organiser and HK Ticketing shall take no responsibility for any direct/indirect losses, stolen or unauthorized usage caused to customers by an unauthorized party. To avoid unauthorized use, please do not disclose the assigned "Purchase Password" to third parties or on social media. 
• The Organiser and HK Ticketing shall take no responsibility or make any compensation to customers who failed to receive the successful notification due to incorrect information that has been provided by the customers.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version of this terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
